The Stables promises a warm, relaxing setting in which to enjoy its grill-based menu of comforting British classics and garden-to-glass cocktails. Quality ingredients have been sourced from sustainable suppliers and our very own Jemima’s Kitchen Garden. With the interiors laden with rich tan leather and embellished with equine artwork as a nod to the late George Stubbs, delight in an elevated British dining experience.
The regenerative agriculture movement rejects pesticides, artificial fertilizers and chemical inputs, and instead regenerates the soil, increases biodiversity, improves water cycles, and increases our resilience to climate fluctuation. The Stables is the first step in The Grove’s journey to a regenerative approach. Every mouthful of delicious food will come with a unique story – a story of these farmers and their dedication to a better way of living.
As well as working with ethical UK based suppliers, much of the produce on our menu is grown at our very own Jemima’s Kitchen Garden. A collaboration between our gardeners and chefs, homegrown fruit, vegetables and herbs are picked from the garden and used in our dishes, following our estate to plate ethos.

The Stables restaurant currently serves lunch and dinner on Wednesday – Sunday*. Breakfast is served daily for hotel guests, golfers, spa members and non residents. From 4 April, lunch and dinner will be served daily.
On Monday – Thursday, The Stables Bar will be serving food from 12 – 5.30pm.
*During school holidays, The Stables will be serving dinner daily.
