Enjoy a verdant Garden to Glass experience. It’s in the view, it’s reflected in the design, and it infuses many drinks. In fact, most of our delicious fresh ingredients are sustainably picked from Jemima’s Kitchen Garden at The Grove.

Garden to Glass

Jemima's Kitchen Garden

Our lively seasonal cocktail menu takes its inspiration and ingredients from Jemima’s Kitchen Garden and lush grounds around The Grove. The Garden to Glass concept was created by award-winning bar designers, Holy Water. With their international experience, they dug deep into the heritage of The Grove and unearthed this unique, natural, deeper way to ‘bring the outside in’.

The menu and opening hours

The Glasshouse Bar is open from 8am – 1am daily with food served from 12noon – 9pm.

We serve every cocktail with a dash of history. Our Walled Garden dates back to 1878, and for almost 150 years, magical botanicals have flourished under the watchful eye of successive head gardeners. Discover how our cocktail recipes pair together some unexpected elements to spectacular effect.

Please note: Our restaurant diaries open 2 months in advance on the first day of the month. From 2 December, lunch will be available on Thursday and Friday from 12 – 2.30pm.

Booking terms

  • Cinder at The Grove experience is based on 1 hour 45 minutes from the time of reservation for tables of 2, 2 hours for tables of 3 – 7 and 2 hours 30 minutes for tables of 8 and more.
  • Tables of 8+ must be booked by calling reservations on 01923 296010; a £20 deposit per person will be required at the time of booking.
  • Cinder at The Grove is available Wednesday – Sunday for dinner and Saturday – Sunday for brunch from 20 October 2021.
  • Notice of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to the dining date to avoid a charge of £20 per person.
  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cater for dietary requirements.
